Event Space Rental Fees
-2 HOUR RENTAL | With 1 Hour Prep Before Event
-Monday- Sunday Events Prior to 3pm: $500 Room Rental Fee + $500 Food & Beverage Minimum
-Monday-Sunday Events After 3PM: $650 Room Rental Fee + $650 Food & Beverage Minimum
*Additional $300 per hour if available
-Upgrade to use Wine Garden: Additional $350

*Space includes indoor wine bar, dishes, silverware, and drinkware along with designated server(s), a bar top to put food, decorations, etc. on, and a gift table

Booking with us also includes a 15% discount on welcome gifts, along with a 10% discount in gift shop for all guests

FAQ

  • Does my rental time include set up and clean up? No! You get up to an hour prior to your reservation time to set up.
  • Can I bring outside decorations? Yes, we encourage to do so! We want our space to help elevate any events you envision. From balloons to florals, you can decorate as needed.
  • Can I bring outside food? Yes, you can bring any outside food to our space but we also have a custom menu we can assist you all with. Here is our brunch menu as reference.
  • How is the food served? Food is served buffet style. It will all be plated on our bar where guests can grab food from.
  • Can I bring outside beverages? No, a part of Indiana's liquor laws, all beverages must be sold and provided by Something Splendid. We have over 80 makes of wine, champagne, beers, seltzers, coffee and juice available for purchase.
  • What types of items do you have that we can use? We have utensils (appetizer plates, dinner plates, silverware, coffee cups, glassware, wine buckets, etc.), flower vases, gift table, water carafe, and more! Let us know if you have any questions about this!
